About platform fees and GST
How Onni charges for sending a gift and what the breakdown means.
Each gift carries a platform fee based on the gift amount and a 10% Australian GST on the platform fee. The recipient receives the full gift amount — fees are paid by the sender.
Refund policy
Declined gifts are refunded in full (gift + fee + GST) to the original payment method within five business days.
Receipts
A PDF receipt is sent to your email after every successful send. You can also download it from the transaction details screen.
