Declining a gift
Recipients can decline a gift — the sender is refunded in full.
Open the gift, tap Decline, and confirm. The full amount (gift + fee + GST) is refunded to the original payment method within five business days.
Notes
- Decline is a full reversal — no partial declines
- Once declined the gift cannot be re-claimed
- Decline is free for the recipient
