How Onni works
The basic flow: send value to a phone, recipient redeems to an I-GO card.
Send a gift
Open the Onni app, choose a contact, pick a gift, and the value is held in your Onni balance until the recipient claims it.
Recipient redeems
Recipients get a notification with a one-time link. They redeem to an Onni I-GO gift card and can spend at any cashless merchant on the I-GO network.
What you need
- An Onni account with a verified phone number
- Funds in your Onni wallet (top up via card)
- An eligible recipient (phone, charity, or creative artist)
