How gift redemption works
Recipients claim a gift by tapping the link and accepting — funds move to an I-GO card.
What the recipient sees
An SMS with a secure link. Tapping the link opens the Onni app (or the App Store if it is not installed) and shows the gift amount and message.
What happens when they accept
- An I-GO gift card is issued or reloaded
- Funds become available to spend at any cashless merchant on the I-GO network
- The card can be added to Apple Pay or Google Wallet
Card lifecycle
Cards are reloadable. Subsequent gifts to the same recipient top up the same card.
